In a world where digital revolutions are introduced in rapid succession, it is difficult to find (and choose) the strateigc direction. Organizations must innovate in order to remain relevant. A new mindset is needed in which speed, creativity and strength are the key concepts to successfully develop new services and products. This continuous innovation can be achieved through Design Thinking. Why? Because Design Thinking is an ideal method to reason from the essence. Before finding solutions (too) quickly, we consider the key questions: why and for whom?
Every 6 weeks we organize an open Design Thinking bootcamp. The goal is to design a 'customer journey' through the Design Thinking method and to test it directly. Due to the pragmatic set-up of the bootcamp you will work with Design Thinking on your own cases with results and directly applicable knowledge about designing a customer journey.
